We are so looking forward to hosting the 60th OHCG Annual and welcoming you as a participant.
The Oakville Conference Centre at 2515 Wyecroft Road, Oakville, will become a rug hooking haven over April 24 – 26.
There will be a full schedule in your registration materials but here is a quick overview:
Friday
• from noon: rug show set-up, participant registration, mini mat intake, basket intake, and access to the hooking hub
• Evening, 7:00 – 9:30, welcome event with cash bar, nibbles, fun activities and lots of time to mix & mingle
Saturday
• starts early with breakfast available from 7:45 and the AGM at 8:45
• workshops (in adjacent Holiday Inn) 10:00 – 1:00 and 1:30 – 4:30
• boxed lunches (pre-ordered) available from noon – 1:30
• throughout the day: hooking hub, rug show and vendor marketplace
• Evening: bar opens at 5:30 for the Gala and the fun continues with dinner, speakers, and music until 11:00
Sunday
• 10:00 – 3:00 open house rug show;
• hooking hub active 9:00 – 3:00;
• Annual concludes at 5:00.
