We know it can be overwhelming looking up what to do in Hawai'i, so, we tailored our map to first time visitors that are looking for adventure and also want to hit the main attractions that are popular, yet highly rated.
Hawai'i differs from life on the mainland in many ways; from the culture to the surrounding wildlife, to the complex history, there is a lot to learn when on a short visit to Hawai'i. When you buy a Hi-Kine map, you’re not just getting something cool to help you explore Hawaiʻi, you’re backing a business that’s doing real good in the islands. We’re taking old surfboards that were headed for the landfill and turning them into beach cleanup stations — giving anyone the chance to help pick up rubbish while enjoying the beach (like the one pictured above). We’re giving a portion of every map sale to local Hawaiian organizations doing important work. And we’re building this thing with the goal of giving back more than we take…something most companies don’t even think about. This is about more than just maps. Hike #10 on the Oahu map will take you up 1,048 steps and offers 360 degree views that are so worth it! I guess you will just have to see for yourself. Step out of your comfort zone and sample some adventure!
