- KOFIKOFI Espresso Tamper: Since coffee powder will begin to expand after absorbing water, which can easily cause unbalanced extraction, the powder hammer can keep the gaps between the coffee powders consistent, forming a flat horizontal surface, so that the coffee powder cake can withstand the huge pressure generated by the coffee machine during extraction without being dispersed and affecting the extraction taste
- 30lb Double Spring Loaded: The consistent distribution and pressure of the coffee powder under 30 pounds of constant pressure eliminates the key variables in making espresso and achieves uniform extraction, which can produce the best espresso; the double spring design saves effort to the greatest extent, and the ergonomically designed rosewood handle is comfortable to hold
- Stainless Steel Ripple Base: Created to minimize the risk of extraction imbalance, the indentations left by the tamper on the coffee bed control the flow of water, allowing the hot water to fully penetrate the coffee grounds for the best extraction taste
- Fits 58mm Portafilters: Designed to fit 58mm E61, VST, IMS. and most 58mm espresso machines such as Breville/Sage, Gaggia, La Marzocco, Saeco, Ascaso, etc
- More Size Options: We offer various sizes of tamper, such as 51mm, 53.3mm, 58mm, which are compatible with most sizes of bottomless portafilters. We provide 12 months of after-sales service, if at any time you find that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will respond to you within 24h
